FG Approves 180 As Cut-off Marks For Federal Universities, 150 For Polytechnics, Others

UTME cut-off marks for 2013/2014 Admission — Here are the UTME cut-off marks approved by the Federal Government for the 2013/2014 UTME which shall be used for admission into tertiary institutions for the 2013/2014 academic session. The Federal Government on Tuesday in Abuja approved cut-off marks for admission into tertiary institutions for the 2013/2014 academic session.

The Minister of Education, Ruqayyatu Rufa’i, announced the cut-off marks into Colleges of Education, Polytechnics and other degree-awarding  institutions as 150 while 180 is for federal universities. www.ngscholars.net

In summary, the following are the cut-off Marks Approved by FG for UTME 2013/2014

Cut-off marks for Colleges of Education, Polytechnics and other degree-awarding institutions is 150.

The minister did not, however, mention the UTME cut-off marks for state Universities. What we d0n’t know is if they are also going to use 180, or the 150 set for Polytechnics or the state-owned Universities have there own autonomy to choose their own Cut-off marks.
